A prominent global law firm in the city, who are leaders in their field are seeking a Legal PA to support a group of fee earners and Partners in their tight-knit and friendly disputes team.
This is a dynamic and engaging role, offering a wide range of responsibilities and would suit a Legal Secretary / Legal PA with prior experience in a law firm.
Key responsibilities:
- Travel arrangements including visas and creating itineraries
- Processing expenses
- Supporting fee earners with time entry and billing
- Diary management
- Conflict checks
- Inbox management
- Event organisation Ensuring the firms client database is kept up to date
- Assisting other PAs when required
To be considered you will have prior experience with a law firm as a Legal Secretary or Legal PA.
Key skills and experience:
- Flexible and positive attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Strong IT skills Microsoft office and iManage
- The ability to liaise with those at all levels
- A team player, who enjoys working as part of a PA team
This firm are offering hybrid working - 2 days a week working from home.
