Our client is offering an exciting challenge for an HR generalist officer to join their team. This is a very fast pace environment. Managing many aspects of HR for a leading Global company, that employs over 11,000 employees, in more that 32 countries, including the UK. You will be required to travel sometimes nationally, this is a hybrid role.
- Coordinating job postings.
- Sourcing candidates.
- Screening resumes.
- Liaising with agencies and hiring managers.
- Managing Interview process from start to finish.
- Vetting process.
- Liaising with new starters, regarding vetting process.
- Offer letter, contracts.
- Salary negotiation.
- Conducting teams and face to face interviews and meetings.
- Extensive reference checks for vetting process.
- Managing onboarding process.
- Managing staff issues.
- Managing staff data and adhering to GDPR.
- Other duties.
- Travel to various sites.
