Central London (minimum two days per week), with hybrid and flexible working options according to business needs

We are now looking for a Training Programme Administrator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

The Role

As a Training Programme Administrator,





you will play a key role in the administration of our Couple Therapy for Depression (CTFD) and foundation/introductory programmes, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.

Acting as the first point of contact for training participants, you will provide exceptional customer service while maintaining accurate records and supporting the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.

You will co-ordinate training sessions, manage attendance registers, and ensure that training materials are available and up to date.

Additionally, you will:

- Co-ordinate the setup of training rooms including chair and table layouts
- Handle enquiries and liaise with programme leaders and teaching staff






- Collect evaluation data and provide reports on programme performance
- Assist with course promotion and marketing across networks
- Support the preparation of promotional content and programme materials
- Oversee the use of AV equipment and the Learning Hub (Moodle)
- Ensure financial claims are submitted and training fees are collected

About You

To be considered as a Training Programme Administrator, you will need:

- Experience in administration, ideally in a clinical or educational setting
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Zoom
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a wide range of people
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills






- To be self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and be highly responsive
- A proactive approach and able to work well both under own direction and as a member of a team

The closing date for this role is 27th October 2024.
