Job description
Los Mochis is seeking an outstanding Head Waiter to join o ur flagship which elevates the London dining scene in a stunning 14,000 sq ft restaurant on the rooftop of 100 Liverpool Street.
Located on the 9th floor, the restaurant boasts a 3,000 sq ft outdoor terrace with views of the City . Los Mochis City is our second location in London following the opening of the highly acclaimed Los Mochis Notting Hill.
The Head Waiter will be responsible for their section and for assisting the team in ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant operations for lunch and dinner services.
You will work closely with the wider team to deliver outstanding service and make our guests’ experience memorable.

Requirements :
Previous experience working within a fast-paced quality, restaurant
Impeccable attention to detail
Passionate about the hospitality industry
Full ownership in your role
Good English language communication skills with a willingness to learn
Ability to maintain and follow standards
Drive and ambition with a desire to learn and grow within the team
The desire to develop your career within an ambitious and trend-setting restaurant
Proof of right to work / pre-settled or settled status in UK
