We're looking for a Finance Business Partner to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial governance on large-scale projects. You'll work with senior stakeholders to ensure strong financial controls and value for money.

Description
- Provide financial oversight for key projects.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Review and challenge financial reports.
- Support month-end and year-end financial close.
- Ensure financial controls and compliance.
- Oversee contract spend and budget analysis.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and non-financial teams.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience.
- Experience working in complex, large-scale projects (infrastructure or public sector preferred).
- Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Month-end and year-end close experience, including working with auditors.
- Strong understanding of government accounting, IFRS, and compliance.
- Experience using ERP systems and advanced Excel for data analysis.
- Stakeholder management experience, with a track record of engaging and influencing senior leaders.
Job Offer
- £47,450 - £59,300 salary range.
- 20% cash allowance in lieu of benefits.
- 12% employer pension contribution.
