We are at an exciting stage in our journey, with a clear and ambitious goal to grow over the next five years. As we scale, we are looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition and People Ops Manager who will play a key role in ensuring we attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Talent Acquisition :

- Recruitment Strategy Development : Create and implement strategies for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent that aligns with the company’s mission and values.
- End-to-End Recruitment Process : Manage the entire hiring process (in collaboration with hiring managers from the wider team), from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Employer Branding : Promote the company's brand as an employer of choice through various initiatives.
- Diversity and Inclusion : Ensure hiring practices that promote diversity, equity,





and inclusion to build a diverse workforce.
- Candidate Experience : Create a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.

2. People Operations :

- HR Policies and Compliance : Develop and oversee HR policies to ensure they meet legal and regulatory standards, including data privacy laws (GDPR).
- Employee Onboarding and Offboarding : Design and manage processes for bringing new employees into the company and handling exits with professionalism.
- Performance Management : Implement systems for regular performance reviews, employee development, and feedback to align with company objectives.
- Employee Engagement and Culture : Foster a positive, innovative, and engaging work culture that supports remote work,





especially for teams unfamiliar with life in a tech startup.
- Compensation and Benefits Management : Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and equity programs to ensure competitive compensation structures in line with market trends.

3. Organisational Development :

- Workforce Planning : Anticipate future hiring needs based on the company's growth trajectory.
- Learning and Development : Create training programs and opportunities for continuous learning to upskill employees, in collaboration with department leads.
- Change Management : Lead and manage HR-related changes as the company scales, such as the introduction of new technology, processes, or company restructuring.

4. Compliance and Risk Management :

- Health and Safety Regulations :





Support colleagues to ensure their remote workplaces meet health and safety regulations.
- Legal Compliance : Stay updated on employment laws, industry-specific regulations, and ensure the company adheres to all relevant laws and regulations.
- Data Security and Confidentiality : Manage HR data securely, ensuring all HR related systems and processes follow best practice and are compliant with relevant laws.

5. HR Technology and Analytics :

- HR Tech Stack Management : Implement and manage HR tools for recruitment, employee management, performance tracking, and collaboration.
- People Analytics : Use data to track hiring performance, employee turnover, engagement, and other HR metrics to drive decisions and improve employee retention.

Requirements

About You :







- You are a strategic thinker with proven experience in Talent Acquisition and People Operations, ideally within scaling businesses.
- You have a demonstrable ability to lead recruitment strategies that not only attract talent but also align with business goals, elevating both team performance and company culture.
- You are adept at building trust and engagement with diverse stakeholders, from internal team members to external partners.
- You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and understand the complexities of scaling while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusion.
- You prioritise candidate and employee experiences, ensuring high satisfaction at every touchpoint in the talent lifecycle.






- You are committed to embodying and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, both in recruitment and throughout people operations.
- You are excited to contribute to a mission-driven HealthTech company focused on making a positive impact in the mental health space.
- CIPD Certification (Level 5 or 7) or educated to Masters level ideally in Human Resources or Business Administration,

Benefits

What We Offer :

- Competitive salary of £55k-£65k, depending on experience.
- In addition to your base salary, you will be eligible for a generous commission structure designed to reward successful recruitment, retention, and long-term team growth.
- Full-time, 40-hour work week.
- 28 days holiday per year (including public holidays)
