We are seeking a dynamic Clinical Project Manager in Theatres to lead and support initiatives aimed at improving theatre productivity, efficiency, and patient flow. In this role, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to streamline processes, implement innovative solutions, and drive operational excellence in the theatre environment. Your expertise will help optimise resource use, reduce delays, and enhance overall theatre performance, contributing to better patient outcomes. Stakeholder Engagement







Lead the development of productive relationships with key programme stakeholders at all levels across the Trust, and beyond where required

Maintain communication channels between all stakeholders: organise meetings; chase responses and actions; and send minutes, updates, alerts and project/programme information to all stakeholders.

Support clinical teams in the development, tailoring and implementation of systems and processes.

To establish and maintain effective working relations with all members of the multi-disciplinary team and relevant clinical areas to promote good communication and a multi-disciplinary approach to patient care.

Clinical

To demonstrate clinical expertise and credibility in practice (anaesthetics/scrub/recovery)

To be a role model and maintain high standards of practice for all grades of clinical staff

To encourage and foster a safety culture which supports a learning environment and aligns with our Theatre Charter

To ensure the maintenance of a safe clinical environment conducive to patient care.

To keep own clinical skills current







To assist in clinical audits ensuring they are submitted within the agreed time scale and monitored effectively reviewing and reporting progress through the governance structure.

To enhance the clinical environment and working practices through evidence-based research.
