Location: South Wales (Hybrid Working)
Salary Scale: £31063 – £34179
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Quality and Governance Partner to join our dynamic team.
Role Overview:
As a Quality and Governance Partner, you will support the company's Business, Quality, and Governance functions, ensuring compliance, organisational data management, and providing high-level assistance to the Board, CEO,
and senior management. This role is integral to maintaining the highest standards of quality and governance across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Governance:
Provide proactive support to the CEO and Senior Management Team for overall company management and external liaison.
Ensure the smooth operation of the Assistant Directors' (ADs) areas, providing internal and external liaison and administrative support.
Administer key meetings, including venue arrangements, agendas, and minute-taking.Business and Quality:
Support the Directors and ADs with quality management initiatives, sharing best practices and influencing the organisation's quality culture.
Assist managers and staff teams to ensure compliance with quality standards and key performance indicators.
Contribute to the development and monitoring of data management systems for contract and regulatory compliance.
Research and draft policies for internal and external governance as needed.What We're Looking For:
Strong organisational and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in governance, compliance, or quality management, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
