Solicitor Commercial Disputes and Litigation Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be working in partnership with a top tier, commercial law firm as they seek to appoint a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to their growing team. With a focus on excellence, collaboration, and innovation, our client is a market leading firm with a prestigious reputation. Key Responsibilities: Advise and represent clients in shareholder and partnership disputes, including minority shareholder and derivative actions. Provide expert advice on property disputes, including forfeiture actions, dilapidation claims, and lease renewal proceedings. Represent clients in construction disputes and manage litigation in both the High Court and County Court.
Handle cases related to bankruptcy, individual voluntary arrangements, liquidation, and administration. Act in high-profile cases, such as: The largest shareholder dispute to be heard in the Northern Ireland High Court, successfully settled through mediation. A significant intellectual property dispute (passing off) against a global organisation, heard in the London Patents Court. Actively participate in networking and client engagement activities, including organising client events to foster new relationships and generate new business. Play a key role in team building exercises to promote collaboration and enhance team performance. About You: Strong experience in commercial disputes and litigation, with a proven track record of managing high-stakes cases. Excellent advocacy and communication skills, with the ability to provide sound, strategic advice. Proactive in building relationships and developing new business opportunities. Ability to manage multiple cases and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
