As Facilities Manager / Maintenance Manager you will manage company facilities & the maintenance function. You will ensure legislative compliance and implement strategic projects. The Role: Lead Facility & Maintenance Teams & Contractors, primarily ensuring Safety (Work closely with H&S; Manager) Manage Planned Preventative Maintenance Programme Ensure company meets statutory requirements during the operation of plant/ machinery.
Manage Security & Ensure Compliance Track and manage spend in line with budget submissions Score and review service providers/ contractors and enhance relationships Ensure best practice, risk assessment compliance, compliance with risk assessments, insurance etc...
