The Role:
Are you a Real Estate Associate with 2-6 years PQE looking to engage with exciting regeneration projects in Cheltenham?
This role is ideal for someone with a background in real estate or development, particularly with experience working with local authorities and public sector bodies on the acquisition, disposal, and development of real estate.
You'll be part of a large team of experienced and respected lawyers who advise house builders, mixed-use developers, affordable housing providers, landowners (both public and private), and investors on innovative projects.
In this position, you will provide guidance on all aspects of regeneration schemes, primarily residential-led but also involving significant mixed-use components.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Commercial Property Solicitor with 2-6 years of experience in real estate, development, or housing
- Detail-oriented, commercially focused, and results-driven
- Proven track record in generating business and identifying prospects within the real estate development sector
