ROLE: Commercial Property LawyerLOCATION: South LondonCONTRACT: 3 months ongoingRATE: £40 to £50 per hour
Office Attendance: 1-2 days per week
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a variety of commercial property work including sales, purchases, leases, licences, and asset management
Advise on land title matters and ensure compliance with relevant property transaction legislation
Work collaboratively across the shared service, excluding routine residential matters e.g., right to buy, lease extensions, residential management
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a current practising certificate in England & Wales
Experienced in dealing with Commercial property matters within a local authority setting
