The role
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and administering approximately 7,000 annual user concession permits, encompassing a wide range of categories, including forecourt permits, private hire driver permits, hotel permits, off-site shuttle permits, travel trade permits, and local resident permits, all aimed at maximizing revenue generation. Additionally, you will oversee the administration of MAG and service partner parking medical permits, as well as staff drop-off and pick-up permits. Supporting the general administration needs of the Landside Directorate,
you will also investigate and report on all car parking activities — both customer and employee-related, in line with MAN’s auditing processes, ensuring revenue protection and adherence to established policies. Furthermore, you will provide administrative support for Landside claims activities as needed.
What will make you successful in the role?
- Ability to communicate clearly to both colleagues and customers is essential.
- IT literate and confident in the use of/or ability to become proficient with Entervo, AIRDAT, Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, Powerpoint and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Able to work accurately under pressure whilst maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Able to respond positively and take responsibility for change.
