Using your specialist product and market knowledge, you’ll contribute to hmv’s success through providing first class customer service, merchandising and replenishing stock.

Please note, you must be able to work the hours advertised over the Christmas period.

We are looking for bright, bubbly, reliable candidates, dedicated to offering exceptional customer service and passionate about music, films, TV, and technology. We would love candidates to be familiar with current and emerging fandoms such as Anime, K-Pop and Pop Vinyl, familiar with social media platforms such as X, Instagram and TikTok as well as having good knowledge of classic music and films.

You must be able to work well in a fast paced environment and as part of a like-minded passionate team! You MUST be flexible and available to work as per the needs of the business. We are offering a 5 hour fixed-term contract that may have opportunities to flex up for extra hours. Candidates must be able to work weekend shifts. We look forward to hearing from you!
