- £130,000-£150,000
- Upto 25% bonus (with stretch potential for over achieving)
- Stockport HQ (occasional travel to London is required)

We are currently working with a globally recognised commercial real estate business who are looking to get the most out of their data. With offices in Greater Manchester & London and over 400 commercial sites across the UK alone they are a real player when it comes to real estate.

This role will be integral in shaping the data strategy for the business going forward, leading on all aspects of data BI, data analytics and modelling, data engineering, data governance, data onboarding/migration services, data products, data privacy and compliance etc.).





You will be developing and executing a five year strategy, building market leading data and analytics capability and product suite.

Within the role you will be expected to grow the current team, with your guidance and why and how. This role will have a development path into a Dara & Analytics Directorship role. Stakeholder management is key, so naturally being good with people coupled with key decision making capabailities is a must.

Other responsibilities will include;

- Responsible for the end-to-end data architecture
- Responsible to delivering value generating data, analytics & AI products and services
- Collaborate with technology leadership and the senior leadership team to design, build and deploy intelligent automation solutions.
- Design and deliver a leading practice data governance programme across the business.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and data privacy laws across the data estate.
- Ensure products are developed to leading practice, high quality engineering standards.






- Build and mentor a high performing data and analytics team.

You will need to understand technical architecture and have experience with modern platforms.
