Do you have experience coordinating complex calendars across multiple time zones and do you enjoy building strong relationships?
Are you calm, organised and a natural problem solver with spark and initiative?
A leading Investment Management firm is looking for a proactive EA/PA to support a team of senior managers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, professional EA/PA who would like to combine their financial services experience with an interest in ESG. (Hybrid working 3/2)
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Complex diary management for the team in London and New York
- Managing and booking global travel
- Coordinating, creating and editing reports, documents and presentations
- Keeping client meeting trackers up to date
- Organising team events
- Creating and printing research packs
- Coordinating conference logistics
The skills you need to bring:
- Experience providing EA/PA support to a busy team, ideally in financial services
- Global mindset: adaptable quick thinking
- Confident communication skills and strong relationship builder
- Genuine interest to work in an inclusive working environment
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Honest and reliable
- Ability to work to deadlines and accommodate last-minute changes
