Duties:

Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to completion for both residential and commercial projects
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, ensuring design solutions meet their needs and expectations
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
Oversee junior designers, providing mentorship and ensuring the highest quality of work
Coordinate with contractors, architects, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution
Conduct site visits to ensure design integrity is maintained throughout construction phases

Requirements:

Degree Qualified in Interior Design (or similar field)






Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on high-end residential and commercial projects
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong project management skills, with experience handling multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
A creative, problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail
