The Opportunity
We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to start a brand new development in December 2024 or January 2025 from groundworks stage to deliver a large housing scheme consisted of a total of 221 units, primarily timber frame houses ranging from 2 bedrooms up to 4 bedrooms along with one block of low rise traditional build apartments.
You will take this project on from it’s inception with the plan to see it through to successful delivery of a 4 year build programme, supported by an Assistant Site Manager, and eventually a second Assistant Site Manager and Finishing Foreman.

What they are looking for
The candidate will need to have a background in delivering new build residential schemes as No.1 on site or phase; be able to manage programmes & budgets, and drive the site through to an exceptional quality finish, managing subcontractors & liaising with internal and external bodies whilst ensuring health & safety is kept to the highest standard.
Site Managers who have seen multiple projects from inception to completion would be ideal, along with experience working for large nationwide residential developers; capable of delivering projects to tight programmes.
Timber Frame experience is vital for this role.
