About the role of Quantity Surveyor:
Exciting opportunity for an experienced assistant quantity surveyor to make the step up to quantity surveyor and run the day to day on high end residential sites across London. All projects are within the £1 million - £15 million valuation range with the head office being located in London Victoria. The company have 4 main sites, with a quantity surveyor running the day to day on each, and 2 senior overseeing two of those sites respectively.
Responsibilities for Quantity Surveyor:
Managing the day-to-day operations on site.
Working from the PCSA/2 Stage tender process, to delivering the site and working through to completion and final accounts.
Managing Packages.
Managing Sub-Contractors.
Site Meetings.Requirements for Quantity Surveyor:
3-4 years construction industry experience.
Previous experience running sites or managing day-to-day operations.
Degree qualified and needs to be construction based.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.What we offer for Quantity Surveyor:
