About Our Client:

Our client is an innovative health tech company on the brink of rapid expansion. They’re looking for a Customer Services Specialist to join their passionate team in Redhill. This is your chance to make a real impact in a niche industry!

* Salary: c£25,000
* Start: ASAP
* Location: Redhill (own transport required due to rural setting)
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

? Your Role:
As a key player in our client's development, you’ll have the chance to shine! Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you’ll provide top-notch support to clients via phone and email, ensuring every enquiry is handled swiftly and accurately.

? Responsibilities:

* Assist clients through phone and email using a client management system.

* Respond to all email enquiries within 24 hours.

* Manage the order processing system with precision.

* Keep detailed and accurate records in the client management system.

* Download and record patient results from laboratory partners in a timely manner.

* Handle sensitive data with the utmost confidentiality.

* Provide practitioners with essential patient results.

* Support with various ad-hoc office duties.

We’re looking for someone who is:

* Experienced in a similar customer service role.

* A master communicator with excellent call handling skills.

* Proficient with IT systems (think G Suite, HubSpot, or similar CRM software).

* Detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in time management.

* A rational thinker who thrives under pressure.

* A team player who can also work independently with initiative.
