Role: Careers Advisor
Salary: £90 - £180 per day
Location: Hillingdon
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Support students: Provide practical support for learning, educational activities, and developing social skills
* Build relationships: Promote positive behavior and form supportive relationships with students
* Create action plans: Work with students to create action plans and monitor their progress
* Communicate with families: Keep records, prepare reports, and give advice to families
* Collaborate with staff: Work closely with teachers and other professionals to identify students' needs and plan how to support them
* Attend training: Participate in training and professional development sessions
