They work alongside construction companies and deliver civil engineering, groundworks, infrastructure, roads & sewers services to new build projects with the UK's top house builders.
About The Role:
Are you passionate about health and safety? Do you want to play a crucial role in creating safe working environment? Our client is seeking a dedicated Health & Safety Advisor to join their team. As a Health and Safety Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining safe operations across two key plant yards,





directly contributing to the well-being of employees.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Providing assistance, support and guidance to management teams in implementing Company SHE Policy, along with all relevant and applicable SHE legislation, best practice, and innovation. Striving to continually improve SHE practices across the business. Carrying out routine health, safety & environmental audits across sites. Thorough investigation of any accidents, incidents from beginning through to completion. Reviewing processes and actions, providing solutions for improvement wherever possible. Leading SHE Advisors, trainee SHE Advisors and responsible for Health & Safety Systems, Processes and Procedures. Conduct Health & Safety inspections and site audits and recommend remedial actions as required.
Candidate Profile:
NEBOSH / IOSH certification is mandatory. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations within the construction and plant sectors. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office programmes.





Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
