This is an exciting opportunity for a commerce specialist passionate about turning client ambitions into reality.

Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary face of Publicis Commerce for select clients, leading discussions with passion and enthusiasm. Develop and implement retail strategies to drive client growth. Optimise digital shelf e

Content, upskill client stakeholders on key commerce topics, and devise innovative retailer collaboration strategies.Identify business challenges and customer pain points, develop frameworks, and integrate commerce data for strategic decision-making.Advise clients on digital shelf e







Content, analytics, retail media, and business capabilities. Support internal upskilling on key topics and emerging trends. Identify gaps in our proposition and work with relevant leads to develop new solutions and commercial models.

Foster a collaborative, innovative team culture that encourages continuous learning and improvement. QualificationsWe seek a methodical and adaptable individual who excels in building relationships and understanding client businesses to support their commerce ambitions. Experience in running commerce campaigns at an Account Director or Business Director level

Deep understanding of the commerce landscape

Expertise from demonstrable experience in digital retailing within a retailer, brand, or agency environment.





Experience beyond campaign management, including business planning, product portfolio management, and data insights. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
