Graduate Teaching Assistant -Secondary Location: Ware, Hertfordshire Position Type: Full-Time Start Date: ASAP No filling out application forms Prospero Teaching is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistants to come and work under our agency. About the Role: As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Work with small groups and individual students to provide tailored support.
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour supervision.
- Contribute to the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
- Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Provide additional support during extracurricular activities and school events.
Requirements for a Graduate Teaching Assistant:
- A recent graduate with a strong academic background.
- Passion for education and a desire to pursue a career in teaching.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
