- * Horizon Care and Education have an opportunity in our homes across the West Midlands for a Deputy Manager to join our team in upholding our standards of care, fostering growth, and inspiring positive change.

- *Responsibilities:**
- Work with the Residential Manager, ensuring the home aligns with our values and standards in their absence.
- Provide guidance and leadership to the team, aiding in their professional development and individual growth.
- Oversee colleague management, including appraisals, supervision and training adherence.
- Manage health and safety protocols, risk assessments and ensure all necessary training is completed.
- Financial Management of the home
- Environment Management
- Quality Assurance
- Upholding professional Care Practices **Qualifications and Experience:**
- We require a Level 3 in Children and
Young Peoples Workforce qualification for this role.
- You will need at least 1 years experience of Senior Support
Work in a Childrens Residential setting.
