Job description: Duty Manager/Team Leader at Starbucks, Birmingham International Airport Pay rate £13.17 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6am, bringing your rate of pay to £14.67 per hour! Shift Pattern: Scheduled between 2 am and 11 pm, including weekends. Minimum of 35 hours per week.
Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations. Due to some responsibilities within the Duty Manager role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and will be required to handle and serve alcohol .
PLEASE NOTE, PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE WITHIN COFFEE AND BAKERY IS ESSENTIAL.

Take charge of creating a clean, welcoming atmosphere that surpasses customer expectations, consistently aiming to improve service. Guide and support your colleagues, maintaining a safe working and dining environment whilst being the go-to person for day-to-day queries. Coordinate team efforts.
You'll oversee the unit's opening and closing, ensuring operational excellence, adhering to guidelines, and completing necessary documentation.
