Role DescriptionWe are looking for a highly driven Financial Director for a full time role at at Ordo HQ in Altrincham. Candidates need to be looking for a challenge to join FMCG brand in hyper growth with huge global expansion plans. The Financial Director will be responsible for task such as financial planning, preparing financial statements, utilising analytical skills, managing finance operations, overseeing financial reporting within the organisation and operational finances working directly with the founder.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving the financial planning, Annual forecasting and Budgeting
- Develop fund raising strategy and presenting to management
- Managing geographic expansion into international geographies and setting up compliance systems
- Analysing customer accounts, variance analysis and margin review
- Online sales channel analysis and compliance management
- Hands-on Monthly Account closing,
consolidation & Book-keeping; 8 week cashflow forecast
- Account Receivable / payable management and running weekly payment runs
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software
- Annual compliance, Quarterly VAT return filing and Payroll management
- Work closely with Operations team in managing and forecasting inventory
- Setting up required systems for managing inventory and supply chain
- Meets deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
- Ad-hoc work with Sales, marketing teams Requirements:
- ACCA / CFA
- 10+ years of experience working in Accounting & Finance
- Leadership and management SkillsFinancial Planning and Financial StatementsAnalytical SkillsFinance and Financial ReportingExperience in the consumer goods industry
Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
