About the Role:As a Business Studies Teacher, you will have the opportunity to deliver engaging lessons that not only meet national curriculum standards but also challenge and motivate our students.
You will play a crucial role in cultivating a deep understanding of business principles and entrepreneurial skills in a supportive and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:Design and deliver innovative and engaging lessons in Business Studies across Key Stages 4 and 5. Inspire students through real-world applications of business concepts and critical economic principles.
Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level exams, offering tailored support and resources to maximize their success. Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to guide their development. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Business Studies curriculum, ensuring it reflects the latest industry trends.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages collaboration and independent thinking. Lead and participate in extracurricular activities, such as business clubs and competitions, to enhance student engagement. About
You:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. A degree in Business Studies, Economics,
or a related field. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring students in business education.
Experience teaching Business Studies at GCSE and A-Level preferred. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. A commitment to fostering a supportive and high-achieving learning environment.
