Our client is a global FMCG brand whose brand and creative team has gone from strength to strength in recent years. This role is initially a six month contract with the view to extend. The Freelance Creative Coordinator will be integral part of the brands creative studio.
This role ensures that all marketing and creative content is efficiently managed, easily accessible, and consistently meets the brands standards. The Freelance Creative Coordinator will be highly organised, detail orientated and be used to work in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities for the Freelance Creative Coordinator will include:Implement a comprehensive system for cataloguing and storing creative assets, including images and artwork files.
Coordinate with creative, marketing, and other relevant teams to manage the intake, processing, and distribution of assets from global to EMEA marketsEnsure timely delivery of assets for marketing campaigns, product launches, and other initiativesSupport DAM Managers to conduct regular audits of the asset library to ensure files are current, relevant, and meet quality standards. Monitor and enforce brand guidelines across all assets, ensuring consistency and accuracy as outlined by the DAM Managers. Oversee the retrieval of stock images, videos, and other third-party content from our external vendor Shutterstock as requested by studio.
Ensure compliance with licensing agreements and copyright regulations. The Freelance Creative Coordinator will ideally have experience in project management or creative administration within a creative, brand or marketing environment. Experience working within a CMS and project management tools will be ideal.
The Freelance Creative Coordinator will need to work onsite at the brands Leeds office three days per week. Please send over your CV for consideration today!
