We have been instructed by a leading US firm on a newly created position for a PSL to support the London Finance practice. Banking and Finance is an area of growth for the firm, and the Partners are keen to recruit a dedicated PSL to support the fee-earning team. The team works on a range of leveraged and acquisition finance, as well as real estate and asset/structured finance.
They are keen to hear from experienced lawyers with a specialism in any of these areas, as well as candidates with a more general finance skill-set. The Partners are open to applications from the following:Existing Banking PSLs at other international firms in LondonMid and Senior level Associates (c.5 + PQE)
