Job description
We are looking to
recruit an inspirational and enthusiastic healthcare professional, who has the drive to embrace and enhance our Quality Improvement, Patient Safety and Governance programmes.
Working with senior medical and nursing leads within the triumvirate model as well as partner organisations, your principal responsibilities will be to ensure safe and high-quality services are delivered in our governance framework.
This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who is passionate about and dedicated to, providing high quality care to patients and their families.
Reporting to and working closely alongside the leadership teams across Urgent Care,
this is a lead role in managing Governance as well as supporting the development of quality initiatives / priorities.
Including Datix Management, Informal and Formal Complaints, Departmental Risk Register, Audits, and CQC / Accreditation compliance.
You will also deputise for Urgent care management team in their absence and in times of operational pressure.
