Job Title : Speciality Contracts Operations Lead
Contract : 6 months
Location : Covering the North West
Salary : £35,000 per annum and an excellent benefit package
Hours : Monday to Friday, 09 : 00 - 17 : 30 (with occasional weekends, compensated with a day in lieu)

Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Speciality Contracts Operations Lead to join our team on a 6 month contract. This role is pivotal in supporting the delivery of KPIs and budgets across all hospital pharmacy branches, ensuring high operational and professional standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver training and coaching to colleagues on new processes and initiatives.
- Support the implementation and execution of business initiatives across all branches in the region.
- Ensure full compliance with company procedures, processes, and policies.
- Plan and manage branch visits to support colleagues in delivering KPIs.
- Monitor and track branch and colleague progress, reporting regularly to the Speciality Contracts Business Development Manager (SCBDM).
- Conduct operational audits and formulate action plans to improve compliance.
- Provide dispensing support as required by the business.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Essential :
- Experience a pharmacy environment
- Sound understanding of GPhC standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum qualification of NVQ Level 2 Dispensing Assistant
- Full UK Driving licence
Desirable :
- Training and implementation of processes in pharmacy
- Pharmacy management experience
- Sound understanding of pharmacy SOPs, dispensing and operational excellence.
- Good time management and people management skills.
