At T9-Specialist, a prominent marketing and events firm based in Manchester, we are on the lookout for enthusiastic Entry-Level Sales Executives to join our growing team.
Our mission is to support non-profit organizations and commercial enterprises in building valuable face-to-face connections through engaging events and promotions.
As we return to in-person activities post-COVID, we are excited to expand our team with individuals who are passionate about sales and making a difference.
About the Role :
As an Entry-Level Sales Executive , you will play a crucial role in representing our clients at various events and promotional activities.
This position is designed for individuals who are motivated to learn and grow within the sales field. You will be responsible for directly engaging with potential customers, communicating the value of our clients’ offerings, and inspiring them to support their causes through donations or purchases.
Responsibilities :
- Direct Sales Interaction : Actively engage with attendees at events, providing insightful information about our clients' products and services to encourage conversions.
- Customer Relationship Building : Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential customers through face-to-face interactions, ensuring they feel valued and informed.
- Event Preparation and Execution : Assist in the logistics of setting up events, ensuring all promotional materials are prepared, and maintaining an inviting atmosphere.
- Performance Monitoring : Track individual sales performance metrics and report findings to management to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Customer Feedback Collection :
Gather insights from customers to enhance promotional strategies and better meet community needs.
- Collaborative Team Environment : Work closely with your team to achieve collective sales goals, sharing successes and learning from each other’s experiences.
- Continuous Development : Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your sales techniques and knowledge of our clients' missions.
Requirements :
- Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK. We cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas, unfortunately.
- Must not have applied to any of our openings in the past 30 days.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor, with a genuine desire to connect with people.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required; we value a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- A goal-oriented mindset, driven to meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to a supportive team environment.
