Responsibilities:
Understand credit rating methodologies of the three major credit rating agencies (S&P;, Moody's, Fitch), and apply it to provide views on a company's credit rating, structure hybrid capital and assist issuers in the management of the hybrid capital layer.
Understand regulatory capital requirements of Banks and Insurers and provide an analytical framework to optimise bank capital resources.
Collect and analyze company information, conduct industry research, perform benchmarking with peer groups.
Skills:
You are in your penultimate/final year of university.
Expected to achieve or have achieved a 2:1 (or equivalent)
at undergraduate level in any degree discipline.
You have a keen interest in corporate finance.
You are comfortable working with numbers / large amount of data.
You are fluent in a 2nd language (this is desirable but not essential)
