Job Description
They are looking for a London based (hybrid working offered)HR Director to lead and manage the human resources function within the organisation.
The HR Director will be responsible for developing and executing people strategies that align with the business goals, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Key Accountabilities Of The People Function
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and promote organisational growth.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Design and manage employee benefits and compensation programs to ensure competitiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Partner with leadership to identify organizational needs and implement training and development programs.
- Lead performance management processes, including goal-setting, reviews, and employee development plans.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI)
initiatives to foster a welcoming and inclusive workplace.
- Manage HR budgets and collaborate with finance on payroll and other compensation matters.
- Maintain and improve HR systems and technology to enhance efficiency and data management.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- CIPD Level 7 would be highly advantageous
- Proven experience as an HR Director or senior HR leadership role, with the ability to influence executive leadership team
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing and mentoring HR teams.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and other HR-related software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
