A successful 2nd line Support Analyst should have:
A degree in computer science or a related field.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Experience providing face to face IT support.
Experience supporting MS based Hardware, Laptops, AV units, Azure AD, Networks, and Teams.
Solid knowledge of MS IT systems, applications and infrastructure.
Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms.
An enthusiasm for technology and a desire to keep up to date with industry trends.
