Working for a well-known, high-growth subscription-based business with millions of customers, the Senior CRM Manager will work to increase customer retention, reduce churn, drive upsell & cross-sell opportunities and ultimately increase revenue.
The Senior CRM Manager will work cross functionally with teams across the whole business including the wider marketing team, data/analytics, finance and more. This is a strategic role, but needs someone who is just as comfortable executing as they are setting out the strategy.
The Senior CRM Manager will have:
- Lots of experience in a CRM / customer retention role at a subscription based business e.g. TV, entertainment, telco / telecoms, broadband, utilities, etc.
- Experience reducing customer churn
- Great analytical skills and data driven mindset
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Come from roles like Customer Marketing Manager, Customer Retention Manager or similar
