T9-Specialist, a leading marketing and events firm based in Manchester, is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Marketing Associate to join our vibrant team. We focus on supporting non-profit organizations and commercial enterprises through engaging events and face-to-face interactions. About the Role:
As an Entry-Level Marketing Associate, you will play a vital role in assisting our marketing team with various campaigns, promotions, and events.
Your primary responsibility will be to help increase brand awareness and drive sales through effective marketing strategies. This position is perfect for individuals eager to learn about the marketing industry while contributing to meaningful projects.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at promoting our clients' services and products, ensuring alignment with their missions.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers during events, providing them with information about our clients and encouraging their support through donations and purchases.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis to support the development of effective marketing strategies.
- Content Creation: Help create marketing materials, including brochures, social media posts, and promotional content, to effectively communicate our clients' messages.
- Sales Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies that enhance customer experience and drive sales growth.
- Feedback Analysis: Collect and analyze customer feedback to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Training Participation: Engage in training sessions to develop marketing skills, enhance product knowledge, and stay updated on industry trends.
Requirements:
- Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK. We cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas, unfortunately.
- Understand that we do not do digital marketing. This position emphasizes face-to-face interactions and sales in various marketing initiatives.
- Must not have applied to any of our openings in the past 30 days.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
with a passion for marketing and sales.
- Previous experience in a marketing or sales role is preferred but not essential; we value a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
