T9-Specialist, a leading marketing and events firm based in Manchester, is seeking an enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our dedicated team. We specialize in organizing impactful events for non-profit organizations and commercial clients, utilizing face-to-face engagement to drive support and awareness. About the Role:
As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, executing,
and overseeing events that create meaningful connections between our clients and their audiences. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our events not only run smoothly but also achieve their sales targets. This position requires a blend of organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to engage with attendees effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Event Planning: Develop and implement event concepts, timelines, and logistics, ensuring all details align with client goals and budgets.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to create tailored sales strategies for each event, focusing on driving support and increasing engagement through face-to-face interactions.
- Team Leadership: Manage and train event staff, ensuring everyone understands their roles and the importance of delivering exceptional customer service and sales.
- Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining open communication to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Market Analysis:
Conduct research to identify trends and target audiences, shaping event strategies that align with client objectives and enhance sales opportunities.
- On-Site Management: Oversee event setup and execution, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and attendees while maximizing sales potential.
- Post-Event Evaluation: Analyze the success of events by gathering feedback and sales data to provide insights for future planning and strategy refinement.
Requirements:
- Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK. We cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas, unfortunately.
- Must not have applied to any of our openings in the past 30 days.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to engage clients and drive sales.
- Previous experience in event coordination or sales is highly desirable; however, a passion for learning and a proactive attitude are equally valued.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances during events.
