Director of Accounting and ReportingOur client, a rapidly scaling HPC Cloud Service Provider, is at the forefront of offering HPC and GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) solutions to enterprises needing high-performance compute power for AI workloads. With strong partnerships with Nvidia and AMD, they are quickly emerging as a leader in the European space. As they continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Director of Accounting and Reporting to lead their financial reporting and accounting functions, especially during a crucial ERP implementation phase in January.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on finance leader with a background in technical accounting, reporting, and ERP rollouts,





ideally with exposure to the infrastructure and data centre sectors. Key Responsibilities:ERP Rollout (January): Oversee the implementation of the ERP system, with a focus on transitioning from Netsuite to Oracle Fusion or a similar platform. Financial Reporting & Consolidation: Lead all aspects of financial reporting, including consolidation processes across multiple entities, ensuring compliance with IFRS, UK GAAP, and Dutch GAAP.Technical Accounting & Reporting: Manage technical accounting functions, including accurate reporting of financial results and ensuring alignment with relevant accounting standards.

Equity & Debt Structuring: Support the CFO in structuring and managing equity and debt financing initiatives, ensuring optimal capital structuring for business growth. Collaboration with Data Centre Teams: Work closely with infrastructure teams to ensure financial alignment on data centre investments and operational expenses. Requirements:Proven experience in technical accounting and reporting,





ideally within a scaling technology or infrastructure business.

Expertise in financial consolidation, IFRS, UK GAAP, and Dutch GAAP.Previous experience in an ERP implementation (NetSuite/Oracle Fusion preferred). Equity and debt structuring experience. Background in data center infrastructure or similar high-capital environments is a significant advantage.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between finance and technical teams.
