This is an exciting time to join as the company now supercharges itself from 'start-up' to 'scale-up' and all the learnings that come with that journey! They're also going to internationally expand in 2025.
You'll work closely with the Senior Talent Partner (they manage Tech recruitment, key processes, and the Talent stand-ups) on sourcing strategies and delivery.
This role is an individual contributor position, for someone who enjoys a very hands-on position and is delivery oriented to enable the company's aggressive commercial growth plans. Our client has enjoyed huge success in establishing early product market fit (fantastic traction), attracting great talent already, and significant investment from top tier VCs. The RoleOwn the delivery on non-technical recruiting ("Go to market". E.g., Marketing, Customer Ops, Sales, Business Operations, Legal, Growth).
Source, select, filter, and manage the recruitment lifecycle to offer. Provide a great candidate experience with speed, feedback, and support. Devise creative sourcing and advertising strategies that bring a good return of spend and/or time.
Nurture talent pools for future hiring. Ensure the applicant system is up to date with sufficiently detailed and clean data entry. Collaborate with hiring managers to write appropriate job descriptions.
Provide insight from reports, your own research, evidence/data, and benchmarks to support hiring manager decisions. Report early on risks and issues and present solutions and recommendations in stand-ups and stakeholder meetings. We're Looking
For...Experienced non-tech recruiter/sourcer with a demonstrable track record of delivery in a start-up/scale-up. Experience sourcing for go-to-market teams or a broad spectrum of sourcing non-technical roles (Marketing/Sales/Product Marketing/Legal/Operational Roles a plus). A track record of finding candidates yourself as opposed to sifting through applicants.
A passion for hands-on sourcing and delivery. Delivery/creating quality candidate pipeline is your strength as opposed to the 'process and people management' person.
You get a kick out of meeting target and delighting hiring managers.
Care for a quality candidate experience. Timely with feedback, keeps candidates regularly informed, and disengages unsuccessful candidates appropriately. Diligent and disciplined with your work with a desire to update an applicant system regularly.
A whizz with LinkedIn Recruiter, and can be creative with free and/or low cost tools to find candidates (we want to be a high performing ROI team). Excellent written communication skills to create and be consistent with job specs, outreach messages, and candidate communications. Self-starter is a must.
