As a Graduate Systems Engineer you will work as part of a team to understand our clients' problems and to develop viable solutions to those problems. Client problems are analysed and defined, and requirements developed and managed that underpin the successful design, realisation, utilisation and disposal of engineered systems. Over your time with us,
you could get involved in everything from nuclear power generation, defence, space, and decommissioning.

Selection Process
- Step 1: Apply Online
- Step 2: If you are selected, one of the team will be in touch to discuss the next steps of the selection process, this may include attending an assessment centre in one of our regional locations
- Step 3: Successful candidates will be offered a role to start in September 2025
