Balance Sheets & Cash Flow*
- Attend BS reviews in all Markets regularly
- Monthly monitoring of key balance sheet and cash flow performance KPIs
- Highlight risks on accounts to Finance VP
- Work with Local Controllers and SSC on improvement plan
Financial Statements Statutory Audits
- Report on audit progress to the Finance VP and Group Accounting
- Highlight any areas of concern/risk and delay
- Provide support on specific material issues when needed
- Improve communication across EMEA (share information that all controllers need)
- Highlight lessons learnt and work with Group on continues improvement
Internal Audit/Control
- Work with internal control to ensure all internal controls are met






- Communicate and discuss any changes with the local controllers
- Support local controllers with the improvement of their key internal controls results
EMEA finance governance
- Define a balanced governance structure for reporting and commercial activities within EMEA
- In-scope key topics: PoAs, DoA, Systems and Tools access and approvals in Orcale, Salesforce, Treasury platforms, banks etc.
- Ensure consistency with group policies, especially with legal and internal control team
- Coordinate IT and other functions and adapt to the evolution of the team and organization
Project Support
- Support ad-hoc projects with regular communication shared within commercial finance
- EDEN, LERP, SRP changes (Dimensions)






- Be the central point of contact to other functions within AVEVA and coordinate action plans
Connect Finance Organizations
- Work within Finance Ops and other central functions to align process and improve communication
- Month end support
- Intercompany/Transfer Pricing
EMEA Team
- Support local controllers as and when needed (holiday/employees leaving)
- Support EMEA VP on improving the Peakon result
- Coordinate team meetings and training needs with EMEA VP
