About the Role
As a Senior Customer Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for providing show insights to the business, highlighting areas for improvement and optimization, helping shape strategies by providing data-led insights and conducting extra research where feasible.
Responsibilities
- Collecting and consolidating insights using quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Developing data-driven insights into customer behaviors, preferences, and patterns
- Helping the event teams improve product and service offerings through customer understanding
- Performing analytics, modelling, data management, or reporting solutions
- Contributing to process improvements using best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues
- Providing support and guidance to colleagues who may have less experience
Requirements
- Have knowledge and experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods, customer insights, storytelling and stakeholder communication
- Be skilled in using analytics tools and software
- Be able to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Ensure & implement best practices in your area of expertise
- Have knowledge of how your area integrates with others and the competition
- Independently manage project and present the findings to key stakeholders
- Be able to solve complex problems using existing solutions
