The role
Supporting the University in its strategic ambitions, the recruitment team aim to attract the best talent globally ensuring a smooth candidate experience and robust selection process.
Our Recruitment function joined an exciting Shared Service Centre at the University in May 2023, called PS Connect. PS Connect was established as a new, integrated service.

As a recruitment administrator, you will work closely with colleagues across PS Connect and the wider HR team to ensure an excellent customer experience to our candidates and recruiting managers.

You will help manage our pre-employment checking process, manning of the HR Reception, generation of employment contracts and helping the recruitment team with various parts of the recruitment process.
Team working is critical to the way our recruitment team operates. We are collaborative,
and respectful and seek to deliver our values on a daily basis. It is a fast paced environment but you will join a team of Recruitment Leads, Coordinators and Administrators who will train and guide you.
