Miryco Consultants is working with a market-leading boutique Strategic Management Consultancy who are looking for ambitious and dynamic Transformation Consultants to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company in growth mode, with excellent exposure to different projects and teams, as well as the opportunity to learn from some of the most well-respected names in the industry. Responsibilities:Develop sound recommendations for improvements to controls and business processes.
Document work performed to support conclusions and recommendations.Stay informed about changes in the financial market, regulatory requirements, and industry bet practices. Proactively contribute to the business transformation team,
whether it be executing a strategic roadmap or driving organisational change. Plan, prepare, and review deliverables in various forms including visualisations, written reports, presentations, and discussions with the client.
Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and employees. Experience:3+ years’ relevant experience within consulting. Asset Management and/or change transformation experience desirable.
Exceptional communication skills. Problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Excellent academic background.
