A Glimpse Into Your Daily Experience as an Intern
You will gain direct experience in either Sales, Trading, Equities, or Debt Capital Markets (DCM), you will work on projects that expose you to real-world challenges and opportunities in these key areas of financial markets.
You’ll start each day with a morning meeting to review global market movements, followed by hands-on work with your team. Throughout the internship, you’ll have opportunities to present your findings, gain feedback from senior leaders, and participate in workshops designed to strengthen your technical and professional skills.

Who Should Apply?
We’re looking for second-year or penultimate-year undergraduates from any academic background who:
- Have strong communication skills and a growth mindset
- Are team players who can collaborate in a fast-paced environment across teams and regions, delivering accurate results under pressure.
- Have a genuine interest in finance and the global macroeconomic environment, with a curiosity for current affairs.
- Bring good interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork.
- Possess analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Programming and data analytics skills (e.g. Python, R, Java, SQL, C++) are desirable but not required.
- Have business-level fluency in English, with additional languages (French, German, Spanish, or Italian) being a plus.

- London Office: 60 Threadneedle Street OR 1 Snowden Street
- Dublin Office: One Molesworth Street
- Candidates must have an unrestricted right to work in the UK or Ireland depending on the office they are applying for.
Dates: 23rd June 2025 – 29th August 2025
