A leading, established andhighly successful provider of mechanical and electrical installation services to commercial and industrial buildings seek the solid appointment of experienced and commercially talented Mechanical Project Managers from an M&E; / Building Services mechanicalinstallation project management backgroundto join their exciting planned growth and continuedsuccess.

The appointed Project Managers will report into theirMidlands based offices on occasionas and when required, otherwise in the main, you will manage your timebased on site, whilst active on your projects.

Naturally any staying away and working away is fully expensed including evening meals and accomodation.

You will manage one project at any one time,





which could range from £1.5M-£20M

We are looking to make multiple appointmentsand this is a genuinely exciting time to be a part of this growth campaign.

We seek true professionals to mainly work on managing the mechanical installations into new buildindustrial sheds for distribution,food production, automotive and a variety of manufactured goods.

Candidates highly sought after are those naturally from an M&E; / Building Services background, ideally with directworking experience in theproject management and deliveryof mechanical installations and all mechanical related services you would expect to find in these environments..

You will be competentwith a proven track record in managing and deliveringschemes of this level.

Candidates applying will ideally have experience in dealing with main contractors.

Whilst they have their own teams of mechanical installation engineers on the ground,





you will also organise and workwith other specialist mechanical engineers to undertakesome elements of these installs.
