We have a range of roles for peoplepassionate about supporting others to make change. We have roles in differentteams including:
- Community based treatment services: providing assessment, coordinating treatment and working partnership to support individuals.
The roles include delivering structured psycho-social interventions in group and one to level to enable our service users to acquire thinking skills and behaviours to make lasting change.
- Homeless outreach provision: Targeting homeless individuals, offering a flexible and outreach response to highly vulnerable individuals sleeping rough or living in temporary accommodation.
- Criminal Justice rehabilitationrecovery services: working closely with the Probation Services, Prisons and Police to provide a rapid, tailored response to individuals that support their recovery and rehabilitation.
As a Team Leader we offer a starting salary of £34,335 + £3,633 ILW risingeach year in line with our pay progression salary bands, rising to £40,167 peryear + £3,633 ILW. (Dependent on experience you may be offered a startingsalary above the initial starting salary). - As a Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to:**
- Provide Leadership to a team of dedicated staff,
enabling individuals to thrive and develop in their abilities to support our service users.
- Provide direct line management ensuring the necessary support and training is in place for the team, managing HR related matters in line with policy.
- Foster a strong and supportive environment where your team and colleagues work collaboratively to achieving key performance indicators for the service.
- Contribute to service improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including commissioners, partner agencies, and service users.
### The Ideal CandidateThe successful candidate will be highly motivated and engaging and have a realpassion for supporting people.
You must have experience of linemanagementsupervisioncoaching and a strong understanding of treatmentservices. It is a busy role so excellent time management skills and experience in reportwriting and analysing data and records will be important. Essential Requirements:
- Proven track record in relevant area
- In depth knowledge of relevant theory and practice
- Experience of supervising a team
- Experience of working towards achieving individual and team objectives
- Numeracy, literacy and IT skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills, and ability to adapt communication to suit the audience, e.g. service users, commissioners or staff
- Good time management and able to work to deadlines
- A participative leadership and management style in normal circumstances
- In depth knowledge and understanding of the complex and multiple needs faced by the service user group
- In depth knowledge and understanding of the Valuing People framework
- A demonstrable belief in a values-led approach to working with service users with a Substance Misuse issue.
- Knowledge and experience of developing, implementing and reviewing substance misuse-related interventions, i.e. group work programmes
- A sound working knowledge of current legislation (e.g. Models of Care) and the ability to translate this into practice### About us*
