Full job description
Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Teller to join our team in providing exceptional customer service within our financial institution. The ideal candidate will have a passion for assisting customers with their banking needs and ensuring smooth transactions. Duties:
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently - Assist customers with account inquiries and provide information on banking products and services - Handle cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and cheque cashing - Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records - Promote financial products to customers based on their needs - Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security procedures - Provide excellent customer service at all times Requirements: - Previous experience in a similar role within a bank or financial institution - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers - Knowledge of banking products and services - Proficiency in English, both written and verbal - Basic IT skills for transaction processing - Valid driving licence for any necessary travel Join our team as a Teller to contribute to a positive banking experience for our customers while developing your career in the financial sector.
Job Type: Zero hours contract
Pay: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
